First time using J-CAT. They had good reviews so gave them a try. I was not disappointed. Had an MOT and service. Fixed a fault immediately to get through the MOT so I didn't need to wait for parts. They are one and a half hours away from where I live but worth the journey as they are better than my local main dealerships. Highly recommended.
Reasonably priced repairs. Friendly staff who seem to know what they're doing.

Had a problem with rear door not opening and was an MOT fail, just pop up and we’ll have a Quick Look they said! Within 2 minutes they fixed it. It’s ok no charge so I booked it in to have some other issues sorted. Amazing service from these guys.
