I had an extremely disappointing experience at [JC Motor]. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing quality service. The waiting area was uncomfortable, and there were no updates on my car’s progress. When I finally got my car back, it was clear that no proper work had been done.
