My wife went in to collect a couple of things today for the staff to be very rude to the point she nearly walked out. I've never had a great experience when I've gone in either and the prices don't make we want to return either. I'd rather drive the extra few miles.
I ordered four UC4 joists on Monday afternoon for delivery in time for use on Friday. We are right at the limit of their delivery area. Paul was really helpful in sorting this out for us for delivery on Wednesday. They arrived as promised, good quality joists. Good value, very reasonable delivery charge, great customer service. I will definitely use them again
Over priced nasty materials and certain members of staff are very unhelpful and rude
