I Have used 4 garages in beccles and most rip you off with poor customer service! Justin and team have been very helpful, full of knowledge and reasonably priced! Best car garage in beccles by far!! Will only trust him with my fleet of cars/vans now!
Booked in to get my rear break light changed, thought I was going to get just a normal red one. But nope had a black one put on for some reason which was really weird, who goes for a black break light? Couldn’t speak to the owners who ordered the part as they were away, so was stuck with it on? I called them about it at a later date and they said at least it’s fixed that’s what is important when laughing very unprofessional. Won’t be going back there!
COMPETENT AND HONEST I’ve used Justin for a number of years now. What I like about him is that what he does he does very well but if he believes it’s unnecessary he doesn’t do it for the sake of it. Not many would do that!
Justin and his colleagues kindly replaced the wheel bearing on my Subaru whilst we were in Beccles from Edinburgh visiting family. Highly recommended garage with a great team.
