I would like to commend the excellent customer service received from Steve and Jordan both during my use of J and R Storage during 2023 -2024, and my recent enquiry about available storage spaces. Even though I was a private customer only wishing to use a small space, both Steve and Jordan were extremely helpful, particularly in taking the trouble to show me possible storage units, and making the process of payment and use of the facility both easy and convenient.

We have used this storage facility on a long-term basis and the facility itself and the service backing it up have been faultless and excellent. We would happily recommend it.

I wanted to find a local storeage facilty near to Amersham and found J&R who went ouit of their way to accomaodate me..Steve checked me in and it was staightforward and professional. 13 months later I have just concluded my storeage arrangement.. The end process was handled by Jordan who was equally as good as when I started...deposit refunded immediately. I cannot recommend J&R highly enough - a top Company offering good and relibale local service - 5 stars for certain. Thanks to you all.
