Very disappointed with the service. I contacted J & A Autos & MOT Service (Class 4 & 7), but he was on call and did not respond. I was made to wait for no reason and received a rude response afterwards. Unprofessional behaviour – would not recommend.
Got overcharged £80 for an MOT retest two days after a failed MOT elsewhere gov.uk says a retest at a different location within 10 working days should be half the fee (£25). I tapped my card thinking it would be the correct price - the terminal didn’t display the amount. Only afterward I see a notification of £80 come through Went back to ask about it but I could tell he'd done this before and refused to refund me, so I left as I don't argue with anyone, knowing I’d get the money back through the bank.
