I-wood have been excellent throughout the whole process, of deciding on the timber to go for, on my cladding project right through to the delivery Clark was great in assisting with my selection of timber species. I would highly recommend I wood.

Thank you for the response to my review. While I acknowledge that an initial replacement was provided; experiencing errors in our custom order twice is unacceptable. The initial order of no x 38 lengths at 4.8m long required a fair bit of our time; which included receiving of the goods, checking the sizes and quality. To subsequently have to then return and wait to receive replacements and find time to check through again significantly disrupted our project timeline. IWood failed to deliver custom-sized timber after a 3/4 week wait. As the wood was supposed to match existing timber, it was returned, and there was a further 2/3-week delay for replacements. The delays caused significant inconvenience, as the fitting was hugely impacted, which in turn delayed our full inspection. Upon arrival, the top planks had roughly cut ends which seemed like a minor issue at first, but closer inspection revealed poorly done cuts and split lengths. I ordered Canadian Douglas Fir from iWood Timber for the exposed joints in my new extension, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the timber and the final look. The customer service was outstanding throughout the process. From the very beginning, Leigh provided me with all the information I needed to choose the right timber for my project. Very poor quality goods, but with excellent sales service… a real shame that the wood i recently received which was supposed to be of good grade turned out to be riddled with open knots, beetle holes (not what you want to see in green oak) and rotted wood. I also ordered some premium oak which was supposed to be furniture grade, not sure where they get theirs from, but not even oak furniture land would have used it.
