Ives & Co helped me and my girlfriend to complete on our first property back in 2023. Throughout the process they were timely with responses, explained information clearly and answered any questions we had. A great service overall.

I am disappointed and nearly lost the property as wasn’t made aware that my money in an EU account under my name will not even be accepted using Ives & Co. And only when deeply underway with the process I got an abrupt email informing me that within some T&C’s this is the case. And the process will stop and that was that. (The other solicitors I used afterwards didn’t bat an eyelid and just did their Money laundering etc… checking and all went well thankfully).
