I am disappointed and nearly lost the property as wasn’t made aware that my money in an EU account under my name will not even be accepted using Ives & Co. And only when deeply underway with the process I got an abrupt email informing me that within some T&C’s this is the case. And the process will stop and that was that. (The other solicitors I used afterwards didn’t bat an eyelid and just did their Money laundering etc… checking and all went well thankfully).
