Ivan was a life saver for me and my partner, we broke down in Stansted airport with a snapped spring. My partner found Ivan via google we phoned him and he was willing to stay open after 6pm in order for me to get the car delivered to him via the AA. Ivan ordered the part for the next day and had it ready for pickup by 11am the next day. Honestly can’t speak highly enough of his service and helpfulness. Top rated service 5 star!
Super nice people but don’t let it fool you my car broke down and wouldn’t start RAC took it to them and said fuel pump but didn’t even check themself if that was the issue just changed it and charged 350 so I drive away and now there’s another issue so I take it back and now they’re saying head gasket (which is fixable) they said it’s too hard to fix because of model of my car so I need a new engine wanted 1000 labour and I pay 600 - 800 for the engine myself I nearly did it but I took it home since then someone has looked ... read more
Super helpful and friendly, was recommended by someone at the Seal Sanctuary after the low oil warning light came on as I was about to leave and had no oil in the car to top up myself. Helpful advice given over the phone, managed to get myself there and a lovely young lad was able to sort it and top up and check all was ok and put my mind at rest. Thanks again!
