Amazing
Not trying to be rude as nhs are trying to help. But I must say the physio I have had for the past few months has been so poor. They don’t seem to do anything apart from a quick check and then tell me basic moves to do and pass a sheet of paper. No real expertise and guidance. No rep tissue massages or actual help like when I go to a private physio. All in all it’s rubbish. Have to pay to park to walk in then out 30 mins later. Not really any good from what I’ve experienced.
