Can someone explain to me, After only one month of my stuff being in storage, why is my bill going from 112, to 153. dollars. I email corporate on this. I don't recommend this company.
I was told that I would receive an email or call stating that my due was coming up a week before my due date because I told the clerk that I was have a Total knee replacement on March 31st and I didn't receive either one of them which put behind on my payment with a late fee and I'm so disappointed
