I was in crisis and called Istana Ibiza. They were not only able to admit me immediately, whisked me from the airport straight to the most gorgeous villa where I was met by their medical team who attended to my needs immediately. I went to Istana in Barbados and it was a beyond beautiful place to deal to with the difficulties I was facing in my life. I feel so grateful to have discovered and then commited to this program. It was a hard choice to make to be honest as of course, change is hard. The amount of honest direction, support and kindness I was shown truly shifted something inside me. They made an awkward endeavour actually easy and I not only worked on my flaws but in some weird way actually enjoyed doing so.
