I joined ISP Fostering in November 2022 as a Fostering Advisor/Education Co-Ordinator. I was previously a foster parent for a different IFA for 4 years. My transition in to this role was made easier by the warm welcome of the team and support offered by all including the management. Working with the families and children makes me very happy, knowing that I am able to offer support, guidance and encouragement to those families I support. I started working for ISP in April 2022 as a supervising social worker and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure working for such an amazing therapeutic agency. All the staff and foster parents are fantastic and a pleasure to work alongside.
