Bad place, bad care, bad people and bad service. Been coming here since I was 9 following a psych ward admission (currently 13) and have gotten no proper help. One random day my person left, I was given 2 people to take over and after the first visit with them they got rid of me leading to me going back into hospital. After my second admission I was given gaslighters as people to oversee my care. My dietician knows nothing about eating and my workers know nothing about mental health as a whole.
Called the crisis line for my child waited in line on hold for over half an hour and when it was my turn they disconnected the call. Useless!
Core teams supposed to deliver and coordinate care for adults in their area with mental health problems including those with co-existing conditions like addiction and frailty. They're expected to: prevent and treat mental health problems. assess and manage physical health problems instead they useless and feel they hand pick who they are willing to help . Totally disgusted the way I have been treated with this community mental health team. Promised me so much support, made me open up a can of worms meaning my childhood then to dismiss it & not give the help I was promised. It made me feel Great when they said they are here for me when they actually were not. I was referred through my drs but once I seek Legal advice & a meeting with the dr who referred me so I can tell him how I was treated & to NEVER EVER RECOMMEND community mental health team because they will promise you s... read more
