This family owned upscale Northern Italian restaurant near Bloomingdale, has been a neighborhood staple since the 1950s. The décor and atmosphere is classic Italian, the service warm and gracious and the menu features old-fashioned favorites like Pasta e Fagioli, Cappellini Primavera and Rigatoni alla Vodka. Appetizers include clams and prosciutto with melon. The seafood, beef, chicken and veal entrees are all wonderful. A house specialty is the Trippa alla Calabrese (honeycomb tripe braised in a light tomato sauce).

Love this local restaurant! Since 1955 the family has been serving up incredible meals. The family couldn't be nicer, attentive and interested in all customers. I have a friend who's been coming her since the 70's who introduced me and I find myself loving it as a local incredible place to have a family meal!
