We were in the process of taking bids on replacing our two old units and Jaime G***** showed up and really sold us. He was very professional and knowledgeable and we knew we had the right company. He took his time explaining everything to us, answered all our questions, gave us some good solid advice, and never made us feel like he was trying to oversell us on any product. Trey was prompt arriving to provide maintenance on my air conditioner. He was kind, courteous and very efficient. I appreciate that he talked with me about signing up for a maintenance contract so that both by air and heating units will receive service yearly.
