Our AC went out in the middle of the night and the technician was here by 11 AM after an 8 AM call to the company. By 11:20 he had replaced a capacitor and had cold air blowing. He checked a few other things and was gone before Noon. Very quick and courteous service. Just wished it was not quite so expensive.

Jim M******** performed a service call on my unit last Thursday. I was glad to see him show at my doorstep at the expected time. It was getting pretty warm in my house with rising temps. Michael did a terrific job. He diagnosed the problem. Went out the same evening to find a part so that we would not have to sleep in a hot stuffy house and came back and installed the part at 930. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions. Keep hiring and retaining guys like Michael and you will get 5 stars everytime. Michael clearly cares about customers and doesn't just do what is easy, he does what is right. Thank you Michael and God bless you and your family.
