We chose this company for the good reviews, radio referral and presentation by Michael. The install went fine but we were/are disappointed in the performance of the unit as it is not as described for the sale (ie. it would be very quiet, save us money on our bill and purify the air for allergies). Today is the 4th of July and my a/c went out last night. We couldn't sleep because it was so hot. Went online to Champion A/C first thing in the morning and sent a text and got a response right away. Absolutely the best service around! Called knowing we had an issue and 30 min. later they were at our house to assess the situation. Turns out a major leak on our 21 year old system, Mike gave us 4 viable options. I also love the fact that they send text notifications of who's coming and when... brilliant.
Atchley responded same day! Who does that anymore! Randy was knowledgeable, personable, and treated us well. I'm a fan!

This may be long but since I have NOTHING but great things to say about CCAC, I feel it's all warranted! Quick backstory, my AC was not cooling properly so I made a claim on my home warranty. After a month and a half of no resolve, I finally decided it was past time to hire someone myself and chose CCAC. Have had Bud Anderson do all of our work for a very long time. They take care of our heat and air, Electrical and Plumbing. Today 6-24-2020 we had our hot water heater replaced , Mike the tech was so awesome, very professional a very nice young Man he knew what he was doing. I ask a lot of questions and he had no problem answering them. I have had several of the techs at the house from Bud Anderson and they have the best professional techs in any business I have ever seen. Thank You Bud Anderson Good Job
