Marcus was very nice and honest! I will definitely call them again for any AC and heating needs!
Very dissatisfied. Dana worked on our unit. They tried to pressure us into buying an entirely new unit when it wasn't necessary. As soon as they worked on our upstairs unit, the downstairs unit quit working. When I hired a new contractor to come out and look at the downstairs unit that quit working, they said it seemed to have been intentionally broken by someone who knows AC unit. The service we received was excellent from start to finish. I asked a lot of questions that probably seemed silly but nobody ever acted like I was a problem. Most of all, we can't get over how COOL this AC unit has made the house!
Very quick and efficient. Had made the service call at 8 am and they called at 8:15am. Scheduled me the same day service! So impressed. Thank you
Great job completed by Andrew and Chase. The evaporator unit replacement took a little longer than it should have due to missing tools from the trucks they were assigned for the day, but they made some phone calls and had it running in a couple of hours. Nice guys.
I called during the weekend for a routine check of the ac system and they arrived first thing Monday am which was a pleasant surprise. They were thorough checking over the ac unit and didn't finding anything wrong with it other than needing to add more coolant which I expected. The technician was aware of how much my home insurance paid for it and I covered the rest. The technician was professional and I was happy with the service and would recommend them .
Champion AC service person Jaime G***** was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and thorough as he inspected to give us an estimate for a new system at our home in New Braunfels. We were completely impressed with his inspection, reporting to us and communication of approximately 6 different options for a updated system.
