Elliott was on time and explained the repairs and cost of each repair. He was also very nice.
Atchley Air is great! They return phone calls, they come out quickly and resolve the issues. Service techs go above and beyond to fix issues as well as give suggestions for maintenance to eliminate or lessen issues going forward. Highly recommend!

Great and professional service. David was on time and very courteous. Extremely knowledgeable as well. He took time too explain to me why the unit was doing what it was doing and what's needed to be DDT done too correct the issues at hand. Elite will be my go to for now on.

The Tech was selective in what answers he would provide when it comes to fixing the problem. He would not disclose how much he scaled the freon at. We were charged for 5 pounds without even knowing how much was needed to charge the system. He is require to know the exact poundage by law. He did help with coolant options but we could have received a lower cost service using another company not covered by American Home Shield.
