Nicole treated me for quite a while after a nasty knee injury and has been absolutely brilliant. She helped me get my knee back in full working order and I can't thank her enough. Would highly recommend her with no hesitation.
I would highly recommend sports massage with Tony. My shoulders and neck always feel more relaxed after a massage and give me a greater range of movement in my neck. Tony is always welcoming and a friendly face at your appointment
Zac has been absolutely brilliant, with lots of hard work on his behalf, and following his advice, my back pain and discomfort has been reduced from ten to zero. Thank you so much, and I am still doing my daily exercises as suggested which definitely helps.
