Took awhile to set up thyroid ultrasound due to availability only to find out that it was cancelled after arriving on scheduled date. Was told that they were trying to call & could not reach me. They could've tried to leave a message on Viber so we did not have to waste a trip. Another issue is they never provide hand soap in their bathroom. You’d think that after the pandemic, they would be more conscientious.
