Richard, Katie & all their staff have been amazing! We took on a massive project of a house with a swimming pool - the aim to provide a community pool to our area… there has (and still is!) lots to be done, but they have made the swimming pool side of things easy. I wish I could write a glowing testimony but despite reaching out many times my automated pool cover issue remains unresolved. I am loathe to complain or leave a bad review (indeed this is the first one ever) but have no choice. Katie at ISCA requires £170 payment for a five minute visit with no forewarning of cost and no service given whilst I had been told I would receive a free annual service (at point of installation) and believed this is what the visit would entail. I needed a new winter pool cover and, luckily, found Isca Pools were a local company. Contacted them with the specifications and they returned my enquiry quickly and with a quotation on the same day. The new cover arrived within two weeks and the quality is, possibly, better than my previous cover. They are really quick to respond to questions and I would be happy to recommend them.
We bought our home with a very old swimming pool. Isca Pools have refurbished and transformed it. We had some new pool steps built, a new thicker liner, an air source heat pump and new coping stones installed. Isca also supplied beautiful limestone tiles for our pool area to match my choice of Coping Stones. We were in safe hands for the pool refurbishment. Certainly recommend. We are looking forward to this summer around the new pool.
