Bought two Subarus last month. Absolutely love the cars, but disappointed in the sales experience. We were never told about available options, so ended up buying a car without some basic things like a garage door opener. We were handed the keys and received little to no explanation on the car’s features. Called the dealer twice, once the salesman and once the customer satisfaction department. Worst place to buy a Subaru , workers will disrespect you behind your back and write notes about you so that you get treated accordingly “to them “ they give a bad name to Subaru and left this place unhappy
