I have paid $5600 for engine work and standard 90k maintenance barely 2 weeks ago. When I picked up the vehicle, it failed to start. You guys replaced the battery and the vehicle was able to start. I didn't need to use the vehicle until this morning and it failed to start. When I called you guys asked me to bring it over which is weird because I thought I made it clear that the car doesn't start. I want my refund!

No one in the sales or finance departments responds to calls. I've left a message every day for a week, just trying to cancel my gap insurance, and no response. Very frustrating!

We are due for an upgrade but won’t be buying here. And peter ernandes throws a baby tantrum if you won’t buy the extended warranty. Slams drawers and papers on his desk until you do. Horrible service. And the sales manager didn’t do anything about any of this. I could have bought the car cash but I didn’t.
