Took our 2006 WRX/STI in for an oil change. Had a 10:15 appt. Said it would take 90 min. Didn't realize a car wash was included. Might be a good idea to remind people. I would've opted out, because of time constraints and their idea of a "car wash". Then when it was "ready", the keys were misplaced. We've had nothing but great service at Irvine Subaru. I just need to do things differently like drop the car off, but trying to coordinate a ride from Orange to Irvine is sometimes difficult.
