I am a repeat customer at Irvine Subaru. I will never buy another car, unless it is a Subaru. I have a Forester and a Crosstrek. Frank, in the Service Department is amazing.
I had a bad experience with the sales staff during a visit. In my opinion, the associate lacked professionalism. I spoke with the management and the associate apologized. I have had good experience with this store in the past so this was a surprise. I wound up choosing another store to buy my Subaru because of the experience.
I love Irvine Subaru! Desi is super wonderful. She really helped me out in the transpotation dept. I love the new design of the dealership and the coffee machine! They are very accommodating and helpful there!
The people are always very helpful and they helped me get my air conditioning fixed in the most cost efficient way! Always quality service when I take my car there!
