RecommendedDaniel and Laura Flanagan took very good care of me when my subie was failing me! Daniel helped me with looking at new cars and Laura took care of me when it came down to what was wrong with my current subie. They were super busy but both took time and were very nice. I made my appointment online. They were awesome. While they serviced my car, I was able to relax and have a latte. When I got my car it was nicely washed. They even vacuumed it. I love my Subaru Forester and IRVINE Subaru. I'll be back. �

This was the first time I went to Irvine Subaru for service and I had a very good experience :) Victoria was very helpful and the people that does the shuttle was also very polite. It was just sad that South Coast Subaru closed as that would have been much closer to where I work but overall I love Irvine's service and my Crosstrek the most.
From beginning to end Irvine Subaru was great. Isaiah is the MAN! Ask for him and he will hook you up! The best car buying experience I've ever had.
I absolutely love my Subaru Outback. I want to thank Desi and her crew for getting me into a new 2017. Not only did Desi go out of her way to get me a car but the whole crew was extremely helpful and courteous. I have been shopping for a new car for about 6 months and have looked at dealers all over. Went there last Saturday and worked with Travis. He took a deposit from us for a Forrester. Imagine our surprise when we got to the dealership on Saturday to find out the car had been sold to someone else earlier that week. No wonder he wouldnt return our calls. Even better the management at the dealership had no idea he took our money that day. I had to show them my copy of the transaction because it wasnt in the file at the dealership.
