Utterly hopeless.
I COULD NOT recommend AVOIDING this housing association any more, I wish you could give minus stars because I'm now sitting on the THIRD failed appointment for two leaks in my bathroom over I don't even know how many months now and STILL no sign of a Bell worker yet last week they did work next door to me and my report is allegedly an emergency repair
Had to give it 1star for rank , would have gave minus if poss, a bunch of useless housing officers who seem to pick and choose and is like trying to get blood out a stone for help and repairs
6 weeks since starting a complaint and still waiting for a call back despite 4 promises to do so.
