David **Our Timber Tech Deck and Railings were installed within the time Iron River estimated for the project. The agreed upon price was not exceeded. Iron River personnel always would give us the time to explain when we had questions. I am well satisfied with their service on this project, as well as a roof replacement project Iron River completed for us a couple of years ago.
After experiencing much hail damage from a storm, I hired Iron River Construction. Rob did a thorough assessment of all damaged structures and shared details including photos with me. We hired Iron River to replace our hail damage roof on our home and detached garage, Rob was very professional and thorough in making everything that was damage was included in our insurance claim. Vadim took over project and sent one of his best crews who took the time to protect all my wife plants and very thorough in cleanup - our roofs look fantastic and professionally done. We highly recommend Iron River for your roof replacement.
