Iron River has a new customer for life, we cannot recommend them enough! Our project manager, Brad, was knowledgeable and thorough with communication. The team (shout out to Andy, Jason, Wyatt, Adam and Josh!) arrived early every day and worked together like a well oiled machine. The attention to detail and quality speaks for itself!

We are so happy with the work Iron River did replacing our roof due to hail damage. I never expected it to go this seamlessly. Rob did an excellent job explaining everything to us. He took many, many photos and even sat with us and called insurance to file the claim. They sent someone out to do their assessment and came back with "oh no, doesn't look like hail damage to us"! Not surprising. Rob send in his pictures and pointed out all the hail damage. He fought back and they did send someone else out and Rob met them at our ... read more

Rick and the entire team at Iron River did a great job on our most recent large remodel. The project stayed 100% on time. We had a great experience with all of the trades that they had scheduled for our project. I was able to meet with all of them on site prior to finalizing which I really appreciated. Brad at Iron River bid on tearing down our old wood deck, replacing with a larger, low maintenance version, as well as replacing 2 doors leading to the deck. They were competitive, honest about timing and went above and beyond our expectations. Our deck looks spectacular, with more space for a future hot tub, plus usable space underneath, all done in a very timely manner. From start to finish our experience with Iron River has been amazing! Our project manager, Brad, had excellent communication and kept us in the loop through the entire deck installation. The crew, Andy,Josh , Luc, Hayden and Wyatt were all incredibly professional and talented. We are thrilled with the finished product! I can’t recommend Iron River enough. They will the first we contact for future home projects.

They replaced our front door deck last year. They did an excellent job building it in a manner consistent with the homes original architectural design, which is not standard. They exceeded our expectations, they were on time and budget. We are looking to using them for future remodeling projects. Thankful we found a talented trusted team for our contracting needs.

Everyone at Iron River is so personable and respectful and hardworking! They arrived on time every day, and cleaned up at the end of the day. The project manager, Randy, was the reason we picked Iron River. He was phenomenal, keeping us informed every step of the way, and even worked to get the price down to where we could afford to do our front porch, also.
