Jim ***** and I are amazed at the quality, details and organization of Rob Rosengren from Iron River Conctruction. Supervisor John ***** then brought his crews and monitored the entire job. Roofers came first, then the siding crew led by Julio ******* who was incredibly accurate and precise in his work, and finally the gutter crew and electrician. Our deck installation was such an easy and enjoyable process, thanks to our project manager, Brad ******. We made an adjustment last minute and he submitted the change to the city and was still able to push to get the project completed in the time frame we had discussed. While on the job, there were several guys who determined some of the material was defective. We had our two small decks replaced this spring by the crew at IronRiver. Exceptional is the word I would use to describe the whole project! From beginning to end the Brad Bowers was attentive to what we had in mind with the project. The crew did a great job taking the old deck away and putting up a beautiful replacement!! The whole crew; Jesse, Garret, Jason, Josh, Wyatt, James & Adam were all friendly and professional. I can’t recommend Iron River Construction enough—truly. I would send my closest friends and family to them without hesitation. My roofing project started out as a nightmare. I spent over a year stuck in an insurance claim mess, working with two different contractors who were unreliable, terrible at communicating, and ultimately left me feeling defeated.
