Rob and Vadim did an amazing job on my windows, siding, and gutters. They were both very responsive to calls and texts and explained the process well.. Vadim was very meticulous and made sure everything was done correctly and to the highest of standards. I would definitely use them again for future projects. Very pleased with both them and their crew.
This past fall Vadim and Sergii, with Iron River Construction, did an excellent job on several projects. It started with a siding installation. All went well, and on time as scheduled. After the siding installation was completed, we decided to have our roof replaced. Being they did such a good job we decided to go with them again. Iron River just finished putting new siding on our house. Rob & Vadim were amazing to work with. They took the time to explain the process. Both of them kept on top of things and made sure everything was done correctly and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. We were very impressed and pleased.

Iron River just completed a stairway finishing project for us. Brad did a great job of putting the project together for us. The crew of Jesse, Wyatt and Josh did a great job. I needed a roof replacement. I contacted Iron River and I'm very glad I did. Rob came out to inspect and explained the problems he saw and what my options were. When I agreed to go ahead, I met the very thorough and knowledgable Vadim. I was told what the schedule was, deliveries were made and the efficent and organized crew arrived the following day and finished the roof and clean-up by days end. Thanks Rob, Vadim, and crew. Joe P

Rob was able to deal with my insurance and walk me through that process, and Vadim coordinated the different crews and kept me in the loop the entire time. I highly recommend Iron River Construction for roof replacement. They replaced our hail damaged roofing with Malarkey Vista AR Class 4 Asphalt Singles. We love the look of our new roof and the Malarkey Class 4 shingles have resulted in a significant reduction in our HO premiums.
