Second time I have used Iron River. First time was for water damage and this time to re-side my home. Excellent service and craftmanship from start to finish. Rob R******** was the lead contact for my project and I highly recommend both him and Iron River for a job well done.

Iron River Construction did an outstanding job on our deck project. The project included demolition and replacement of our old wood deck, stairs and the walkout connecting the stairs to the garage service door. We selected a composite material from TimberTech with an aluminum railing system. We could not be happier with the finished product as well as the process. I cannot say enough about Iron River and their team of Randy, Joe, Corey and Derek. They did an exceptional job creating my new beautiful deck. They showed up promptly, were kind, honest, straightforward and answered all my questions. At the end of the project, I am confident that I hired the right company and crew.

Randy and his crew resurfaced our deck with TimberTech composite, rebuilt stairs and installed an aluminum railing. They started on date agreed upon and were done within 2 weeks. The dumpster came on the first day and was gone on the last, all debris was removed and the deck was cleaned before they left. Craftmanship was top quality and Randy and the workers were friendly and courteous. I would strongly recommend them. Steve B.

Randy and his crew put on a new deck for me after a large branch caused some serious damage. The crew was on time, clean and courteous. Three things most contractors are not. Very impressed and will hire again!
