Kudos to the team at IROC! Dealing with multiple foot/ankle issues and Frank is always thinking of getting you better and helping you through and out of the pain. It's obvious he and his staff care tremendously and are not only professional but make the whole experience a good one...thank you for doing what you do :)

In just 8 sessions, the IROC team lead me thru exercises that have really made a difference in how my lower back feels. It is rare now that I need to take anything for the pain. Now I just have to keep doing what they showed me.
