Everyone is caring and passionate. After only a few sessions I am feeling better and optimistic about my future. I was nervous about starting PT but the team made sure that I had a clear understanding of the plan and process.
As a newcomer to IROC, it was nice to walk thru the door and see smiling faces and patrons working with their individual therapists/trainers. The owner, Frank introduced himself with a smiling face and upbeat demeanor.. The person who is assigned to you takes the time to listen to what you want to accomplish .Then they set up a plan to help do this.
Very satisfied with the service at IROC. Therapists are competent and professional. The atmosphere there is friendly and relaxed. We achieved the results we wanted. I still do some of the exercises I was assigned. I recommend IROC to anyone. They are especially helpful to seniors.
Really, Molly? You must mean some other clinic. The owner, Frank, knows the name of and speaks to every client who enters – whether he personally treats them or not. As a DPT he operates his business as he should. He observes what his PTAs and trainers do. You don't find that kind of professionalism everywhere. You go somewhere else. The rest of us will continue to trust IROC where we get quality care in a friendly environment – and results with what ails us!!
The owner is a jerk. Go somewhere where there are nice people �
