I am a dental hygienist and I have suffered from chronic neck, shoulder and upper back pain for years. IROC has brought me from serious pain from a fall on cement to a point I can manage and play golf again. They are the best!@ Frank is always there and the personal trainers are excellent. I am so happy my Physician sent me there!
Each employee has an amazing attitude, always uplifting and nice. Very professional at what they do. clean happy environment. you are definitely in great hands at IROC!
Due to my Mom’s state of fitness, Frank, the owner, handles her training. His tailored routines are really helping her gain better balance & strength. The BIG difference and BONUS is that all the trainers interact with the “clients”, making for a relaxed fun & friendly atmosphere!!

IROC is a wonderful place to get Therapy. The entire team is great to work with. However, I highly recommend my Therapist Amy, she is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, informative and very skilled in releasing my pain issues. I may come in the door in pain, but when I leave I always feel better. My doctor told me about this place here where she goes for Therapy and believe me IROC is a Rock Star in my book. - SunShine Smiles \o/
Thorough assessment. Expertise of therapist. Individual therapy session is completely geared to my situation personally, and changes based on my needs. Amy's kindness and dependability. I highly recommend her slow stretch class on Sundays. I have taken it for over 20 years, and there is nothing like it.
Wonderful therapists in a convenient and caring practice. Amy Klooster is so patient and skilled and got my shoulder back in tip top condition. Highly recommend this practice!
