My experience at Irlam Animal Clinic was deeply concerning and resulted in a completely inaccurate diagnosis for my dog. I brought my dog in with a foot issue, and the clinic immediately diagnosed him with cancer and recommended amputating his toe. The most alarming aspect of this visit was that this serious diagnosis and the recommendation for a radical surgery were made without performing a biopsy. Caring and compassionate at front of house. This all changes however once they know you are financially embarrassed and have difficulty paying. They turn almost hostile and inflate projected costs in an effort to get shut of you.
