After a 3 hour commute the letting agent never even turned up. Upon calling was told they would get back to me shortly but then the following day I called myself to find that the property was no longer available anyway. Very disappointed at the very unprofessional service this company claims to offer. Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
All members of the team whom I met and spoke with were very professional and friendly, and on the occasion that there was some work that needed completing at the property the response was prompt. Communication was always very open when it came to any visits (i.e. boiler maintenance or the like) and the team were accommodating if plans needed to be changed due to conflicting schedules. Overall a very positive experience!
Rented from iRent for a year or two after they took over my property from the previous letting agents. Staff always friendly and understanding of any issues. Repairs usually completed within a reasonable timescale and always to a fabulous standard. I wish them all the very best in the future.
Alex and his team have been very kind whilst i was renting from them, all issues were sorted fast by a lovely guy called Andrew. The prices are fair and the communication is brill.
