I called and made a 6 am appointment. I dropped my car off the night before & @ 7:30 am I received a call stating my vehicle was ready for pick up ! Upon arrival there were no surprises and the invoice matched the quoted service. Thank you ! Next time a quick rinse of the exterior and a vacuum of the interior floors would be an awesome touch !
This is the 9th car we have bought from Ira and each time we were very satisfied with our experience.Two of the last three cars were purchased from Richie Morgan who is a terrific salesman along with a wonderful person to deal with every inch of the car shopping process. I was in contact with the dealership yesterday. My son was very interested in an Infiniti they had for sale. We scheduled an appt for today. My son had cash to purchase the car. They confirmed with me and my son both today. We drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase this car. They had texted us both about 45 mins before we arrived to confirm we were still interested. 5 mins away from the dealership they call me and tell me they sold it. VERY disappointed.
