While the “special price” for oil change was good, $34.99, that it took just over 2 1/2 hours with a scheduled appointment is absolutely ridiculous. If you have all day to sit I guess it ok otherwise go elsewhere.
Steve at Toyota was extremely helpful. He was understanding of my situation, as I just had knee surgery, and they delivered my car when it was ready. Freddie, dropped it off for me and was very sweet. I felt listened to. Thanks Toyota. Haven’t driven my car yet, but I have confidence that it was well taken care of.
