Ira Toyota had my handicapped Sienna van for the day, and only after 4hrs and multiple calls did they even plug it in for a diagnosis. The response was not only incorrect but rude. After waiting all day this is what I get from the mechanic's 5 mins, B. CUSTOMER STATES ERROR MESSAGE CAME ON, CHECK SRS AIRBAG SYSTEM SEE DEALER CHECK AND ADVISE (recommend braun for repairs) srs codes for open in side squib rh circuit. *The srs system has been modified by braun recommend return to maker. I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years. I can’t say anything about the dealership except. Do not waste your time with the salesman Aiman Varoqua. From personal experience he is by far the worst salesman I have ever dealt with. There are others there that will treat you with the respect a customer deserves. Unfortunately we had to take our business to another dealership because of him.

call your customers as soon as you have suggestions for repairs/service. so you may get the work done in 1 day/ timely manor. we don't want a loner. or to go back to Toyota multiple times. most people make an appointment to plan around it.
Service department is well run overall. They are very accommodating especially when I was using a walker.
