I don’t like the way you guys use to charge more money like I’m a nut yesterday I sign a paperwork with one price and today they bill me we another price is not fear I hate when people want to take advanced on me,I’m not a rich person to Other ones doing this to me I’ll never back there and I never recommend that place to anyone.

There service Dept was awful we dropped car off for oil change and to check a mold smell, turned into a $800 job which is bull they should be doing it under there warranty but of course they find a way not to. And that day after 5 calls and 6 hours we got a response, they lied and are just awful. We read online about this prob with many of there highlanders
My husband and I had a great experience working with Chuck Benedict. We both got new Corollas and are so happy, he really cared about us and helped make a great deal happen for both of us, if you’re looking for a new car then I highlighted recommend you goi go see Chuck Benedict!!!

After having a HORRIBLE experience at a KIA dealership I stopped off at IRA Toyota in Danvers on my way home. I was greeted by Chuck Benedict at the door. I told him how I left the previous dealership in tears and I had talked to someone last year about possibly leasing a Toyota RAV4 but ended up stepping away. I was very disappointed not with the purchase of the new car but with the attendance of the services to fix the ignition remote control it was scheduled and on the appointed day they did not attend me and arranged for another day hindering my work
