I used to love this place. We bought 3 cars from there. We were so disappointed, We brought my truck to have them fix after I got into a car accident. They did not fix it right. We brought it back to them. They told us it was something else. What they did not know, we brought that truck to different mechanic and that what we were told it was not right to bring it back. Went there this past Saturday for my 25000 miles service, service advisor suggested an alignment but I said no, my truck is fine. They topped off all fluids and rotated tires, I leave and my truck is handling funny. I couldn’t figure out why, then decided to check tire pressure cold and it was inflated 40 psi, way above factory recommendations this is why it is driving different. Was this an attempt to get me to think I needed and alignment and bring my truck back to get alignment done by them.

Great trucks!! Good sales people if you call for appointment they are pretty good about the times and getting you in and out!
Extremely poor and unprofessional service. Went in pre approved and specified I did not want inquiries into my credit and they did three. When talking with finance manager he was kind enough to end the phone call by hanging up. I’m still looking for a vehicle and would not purchase through Ira due to poor service
