I bought the car... the one that was listed. Everything was easy and the process smooth. Happy so far with the new wheels.
Unfortunately for them they lost a sale because I just purchased another mdx at another dealership, I had to reschedule a appointment, that was last week not one person reached out to me to see if I wanted to set up a another date for a test drive, obviously this is not important to a big dealership, none the less, there is not a car that u can't find at another dealership, maybe next time they will be more interested in a follow up and not lose a sale.
They have been fine. The cars are fairly priced and I would have gone down to look at one and probably bought it if not for all of the corona problems in Massachusetts.

They have been fine. I got four feet of snow where I live between that, work, and the coronavirus I have not gotten down to see them yet. Communication has been first class. Prices are competitive right away.

Terrible experience! Car needs tires and a transmission! Beware buyers, they sell you the car with extended warranty so you have to go back and have the car fixed under warranty and they don’t have to fix it.

The dealer contacted me an we agreed on a time for me to come see the car. When I got there, I was informed the car was sold. There was no phone call, text, email to notify me....very frustrated.
