they contacted me but have not responded back with the information I asked for relating to the vehicle .
I did not get a chance to experience to do a test drive. Customer service was friendly, but unfortunately the car was sold.

Prompt reply. I had a scheduled appointment for a test drive and called to confirm the vehicle was actually there since when I researched the vin it showed up at several dealers. It took a little digging on the representative’s part to eventually find out the car had been sold the night before.
The car sold quicker than we could have made it to the dealership to take the car for a test drive.

As a first time car buyer I was really please with the service I received from Ira Acura. Sales man named Luis took care of me. I was nervous but he was able to explain everything clearly and efficiently. Very professional, patient, he did not rush me at all. I went in test drove the car the next day I was able to take the car home. I will definitely be going back for my second car
