Potential renter/landlord be aware! I live next door to a property that the iProperty UK manages on behalf of the owner. The front yard of the property remain littered with rubbish for months— left behind by previous tenants. Several neighbors, including myself, volunteered to clean the area, only for the waste to pile up again weeks later.
