RecommendedIowa Diabetes is a fantastic way to further research into improving the quality of life for all diabetics. There are so many that benefit from the work done here, and as a personal added benefit, I have learned about the treatment of my Type 1 through the two studies in which I have been a subject.
i have been in a paid type 2 research since August 2019. they provide materials needed and pay for my time. they are very helpful with any questions you have and will even search for any type of research that best fits you. thank you very much
I think anyone who has Diabetes should come here. They are understanding to your needs and help you get from point A to point B
if you have diabetes and if there's a way for you to help other diabetics I would recommend Iowa Diabetic Research. They're thorough in helping you get into a study to benefit others. And will inform you if you don't qualify

Iowa Diabetes Research is an amazing facility that I go to when I want to participate in studies. Staff is super friendly, and the studies are interesting to partake in as well.
I've participated in a couple of studies at IDR so far, and have had really great experiences. I believe the clinical staff there is top notch, and Dr. Bhargava is not only a brilliant practitioner, but is compassionate, and focused his work on diabetes for all the right reasons...
I have been going to the Iowa Diabetes Research Center since May. This has been the best experience of my life. I have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. The staff there is amazing and has helped me to understand my diabetes better. When I started in May my A1C was 10.5 last month when it was taken it was 6.3. And I have lost over 30 lb. I truly believe that this study has saved my life.
