Just had my second MTB service at ION2. This time a dropper and a shock. Top notch work and they took my bike in right away. Amazing turn around. For suspension, droppers etc, just go here, you won't find a better shop 2024: We come up from the coast every September to hike and bike in the purcells and Rockies. Really needed a fork full service and these folks did that as well as replaced cables that I didn't know were fraying. Fair price, top quality service, very accommodating people
Shipped out fast
Took a rear nitrogen charged dirt bike shock in for a repair and recharge. The shop is very nice, clean and the guys are friendly and very helpful. Shock was in and out super fast and at a very fair cost. 11/10 would recommend.
Ion2 Suspension delivers absolute top-notch service! Booking online was effortless, and shipping couldn't have been easier—they just emailed me a prepaid shipping label. The best part, though, was the customer service: Jon personally called me after servicing the shock to walk me through everything he’d done and explain how it would perform now that it's tuned specifically for my daughter's weight. I highly recommend Ion2!
