Great to have parts available in Canada. But prepare to receive a dozen emails about shipping ready, shipping on the way, etc. and everything at least twice. And if ordering washers for 30$ be prepared to pick them up at the post office with signature requirement….🤯

During one of the race weekends I had my fork seals begin to leak, and my new shock unable to rebound at the speed I needed as a very lightweight rider. ION was very accommodating as I had a weird schedule and would not have time to drop off my components before leaving town.
