Where do I begin? Company constantly send people who have never visited my dad's house despite numerous promises it will not happen. Inconsistent arrival times. Incorrect procedures followed resulting in a danger to my father's health. Complaint now raised with the care inspectorate to see if things will improve.

Terrible experience. 92 year old mother with Alzheimer’s dementia. No consistency in times, company are not running efficiently. Thought we as a family would get some help but doing the same ourselves as ever before. Definitely not the fault of the girls working for them, but these carers should be allocated to people in one area other than driving hours spent. Pretty decent for the most part. But the social time is all over the place. I'm supposed to go to the gym twice a week, but haven't been in 2 weeks. Infact, I've had to go alone. I've got a hypoxic brain injury. This isn't on.
